other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any

Information we may collect from you
In general, you can browse the INCISIVE BUSINESS website (www.incisivebusiness.com)
without disclosing any information about yourself at all.
Submitting personal information on our site is optional.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
When you register to use parts of our site or our entire site,
subscribing to our site or posting material on our site.
When you submit an enquiry we ask for information such as your
name, email address, phone number and criteria specific to
your enquiry. This information will only be released to
a small number of our registered suppliers to enable them to
contact you regarding your request.
We collect details about the business on whose behalf you are
making an enquiry about any product or service marketed or promoted
by us, including (without limitation) the business name, address,
email address and telephone number and details relevant to the
purchasing enquiry such as turnover and number of employees.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that

Information on visitors

The Act gives you the right to access information held about
you. You have the right to request a copy of the personal
